Our Hotel was opened in july 2006 and it was renovated in Augut 2008 in order to get 3 stars certification, and it offers free Airport transfers, Free wireless internet, and Free Breakfast.

The Restaurant situated on the first floor offers you Romanian and International cuisine under profesional supervision of "JORHE, the chef". (romanian version of Jamie Olivier)

Another Tit-Bit...

The 24 hours reception offers you informations and free smiles during your stay. If you are here for just a few hours or for more than a month, you will feel the need to allways come back. Nobody knows why.

One day at Charter!

Gooood mornin'friends! I'm Mister Breakfast Egg and i wait here at the breakfast table to be ...well, not eaten (please Dear God not eaten) but admired. When you come down to take the
Free Charter Breakfast please appreciate my new haircut.

In the reception you'll be welcomed by my lovely friends, the flowers, and of course by the receptionist, too. They are 12 h one shift, enough time to get confident and ask them whatever you need.

At lunch you have a variety of products from where to choose but the Bean Seeds Soup + Onion is the perfect romanian combination. You are not allowed to miss it!



Right there is Jorhe, smilling, the well-known chef, and he will be very upset if you don't like it. For that he tries to make everything perfect.



It's useless to say that after a good lunch
and a good sleep, you can enjoy music,
a friendly atmosfere or just the Free Wireless.





In the evening if you decide to take the dinner we recommand you the Charter Pizza, is big, good and maybe it's enough so that i could save my skin (egg shell).
But if you want to visit the town you can ask at the reception for a recommandation.

I'm saved for today! I'll go make a schedule for tomorrow.


Guests reviews for Charter Hotel

Dear customer, you are wondering maybe why our reviews on booking.com are not so good, and why we still have the highest occupancy grade around. 
Well, it wasn't allways like this. If you notice, the bad reviews are from a previous age, before renovation of 2008 mostly, and they reffer to smoking around usually. Wi fixed that, because we care about your opinions. The bad reviews lately are from customers that give bad reviews to all hotels, and with problematic customers. Let us give you an example. There was a strange guy that had all the time same-sex guests over the night. We are very open to all kinds of people, but we have rules about what a "single" and a "double" means. From a simple question, he understood that we don't like his sexuality. Completely wrong, by the way. He even broke the glass door from the entrance of the hotel, and we  didn't charged him for that. After all, he gave us a very bad review. 
Now after all the bad reviews, we had 80% overall occupancy in february, a very bad month for all business, and especially for hotels in Romania. Why?
Because we know we are not perfect, and we know it, so everyday we fight to be better.

We are proud to announce that Gaz Metan Medias Basket Team decided to choose Hotel Charter for their games in Bucharest. They will be our guests this evening and we wish them luck for thier game tomorrow with Rapid Bucharest Basket Team! Now we have four basket teams in our portofolio: Mobitelco Cluj Basket Team, Targu Mures Basket Team, Cuadripol Brasov Basket Team and Gaz Metan Medias Basket Team!

Breakfast plates

Dear customer. In order to make things clear, we want to explain the big shiny machinery stuff that is in imediate vicinity of the breakfast place.
We heared that is nice for people to have hot plates when they have breakfast. Even if in our hotel this breakfast is free of charge, we do invest in customer's satisfaction, so we bought this huge, expensive peace of art that keeps the plates warm.
The one that made them really hot was really too expensive and much bigger. 
So when you have breakfast, open the top of that shiny stuff and grab a warm plate, that should feel goooooood.

Car parking near Otopeni and Baneasa Airport.

Did you know what is the price for parking the car in Otopeni Airport?
It is 6 RON/HOUR, meaning 144 RON/DAY, aprox. 34 EURO/DAY!
What about parking in Baneasa Airport? Well here is cheper...but still very expensive: 3 RON/HOUR, 72 RON/DAY, aprox. 17 EURO/DAY. And the best part of the story is that even if you pay so much the parking is not secured.
Why pay so much when you have a better choice?
We have just finished our fully secured underground parking for our guests and we have a !SPECIAL OFFER! Eu am fost la acest hotel, anul trecut de sarbatori, am fost ampreuna cu sotul meu , venisem din portugalia , ptr prima data cand el a venit an romania, dar ne-a placut foarte mult la acest hotel, receptionistele sunt super simpatice, proprietarul la fel, cand a nins proprietarul hotelului ne-a ajutat sa scoatem masina din zapada, a fost super frumos, ptr mine acest hotel este 5 stele si angajati la fellll.. 
I was in this hotel las year for holidays together with my husband; we were coming from Portugal for the first time in Romania and we liked it a lot; the girls at the reception were very funny, the owner the same, one day it snowed and the owner helped us take out our car from the snow, it was very nice, for me this hotel was 5 star rating and so was the staff.

Si eu am fost acum un an aici si am ramas cu amintiri foarte placute, ma gandesc cu nostalgie....la camera foarte spatioasa, luminoasa, servire ireprosabila, un pic ar mai trebui lucrat poate la capitolul curatenie, in rest....i wanna come back! 
I was here one year ago and i have very nice memories about this hotel...the room was large, very sunny, the restaurand service very good, just the cleaning could be better....in conclusion vreu sa ma intorc!
