Guests reviews for Charter Hotel
Dear customer, you are wondering maybe why our reviews on booking.com are not so good, and why we still have the highest occupancy grade around. Well, it wasn't allways like this. If you notice, the bad reviews are from a previous age, before renovation of 2008 mostly, and they reffer to smoking around usually. Wi fixed that, because we care about your opinions. The bad reviews lately are from customers that give bad reviews to all hotels, and with problematic customers. Let us give you an example. There was a strange guy that had all the time same-sex guests over the night. We are very open to all kinds of people, but we have rules about what a "single" and a "double" means. From a simple question, he understood that we don't like his sexuality. Completely wrong, by the way. He even broke the glass door from the entrance of the hotel, and we didn't charged him for that. After all, he gave us a very bad review.
Now after all the bad reviews, we had 80% overall occupancy in february, a very bad month for all business, and especially for hotels in Romania. Why?
Because we know we are not perfect, and we know it, so everyday we fight to be better.
